We truly appreciate your understanding. To show our gratitude, we’re offering a partial refund of your bike’s purchase price, which can be paid out as either:
• A credit to your bank account, or
• A Canyon Webshop Voucher (of 50% higher value than the cash option). Please note that the Webshop Voucher is only available in certain countries. You can find the full list of eligible countries and voucher terms and conditions on our online service portal.

*Amounts are scaled according to your bike model and purchase price. Refund amounts will be converted to your local currency where applicable.
What to do next
Please visit our online service portal to:
1. Register and share information about your battery with us.
2. Choose your preferred refund method (credit or voucher) and submit your details via the online form. Please note: The Webshop Voucher is only available in certain countries.
The refund process will take approximately 4 weeks from submission.
